All payments for our services or products must be made through the authorized payment methods listed on our website or invoice.
By making a payment, you agree to the applicable terms and pricing for the selected service or product.
                            Refunds are considered only under the following circumstances:
                           1. Duplicate payment due to technical error.
 
                            2. Payment made but service not rendered due to cancellation by MRO Global Services Pvt. Ltd.
 
                            3. Any other situation at the sole discretion of the management after review.
                        
                            Certain services, once initiated, are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:
                            1. Subscription-based or project-based services already delivered or under progress.
                            2. Consultancy or assessment fees.
                        
                            1. Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.
                            2. Refunds will be made to the original source of payment only.
                            3. You may be asked to provide transaction details or proof of payment for verification.
                        
If you wish to cancel a service, please notify us in writing at business@mrogs.com within 24–48 hours of placing the order or before project commencement (whichever is earlier).
